The focus for the RSM is generating sales and pipeline opportunities for HV and MV Cable Accessories in the Australian Market.

 

Grow NKT market share in the electrical energy space. The RSM is responsible for growth of existing accounts and to develop new accounts and relationships leading to revenue growth.

 

The RSM is responsible for identifying and attracting new opportunities and/or projects to increase the customer / market share for NKT and driving the pipeline.

 

With existing customers, the RSM will be responsible for managing the relationships, including managing offers and contract negotiations and following up on current opportunities or projects.

 

The RSM will be a key team member for developing and executing the market strategies and plans, customer relationship management as well as promotion activities within the sales team.

 

The role has national coverage and crosses over into all energy market segments. The RSM will work within the sales team with the goal to collaboratively grow NKT market share
