Coordinate activities and support the management team
System administration, such as preparation of presentations, spreadsheet creation and maintenance of systems
Management of content and flow of information on the sites and other company logistics
Regularly reporting data to ensure compliance
Arranges internal/external events
Administration and coordination of various documents while keeping professionalism and confidentiality

Your CV also includes:
Previous experience in an administrative role
Professional written and verbal communication skills, in Danish and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
Knowledge about and experience of working in business systems, for example, SAP.
