What can you expect from the positon?
The Inventory Analyst leads the agenda of inventory development while doing continuous detailed analysis of inventory in Applications business line. This position has mainly, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Lead Inventory agenda and coordinate activities within Application plants.
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and Product Management actions leading to healthier inventory levels
- Analyze inventory and propose changes to improve inventory levels
- Cooperate on projects within and outside Supply Chain area
- Accountable for maximizing the usage of system and tools if applicable
- Support operational functions with expert knowledge as “internal consultant”
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and continuous improvement
What do we expect from the candidate?
To be successful in this role, you should be strong team player with a solid technical understanding. Comfortable and enjoying full responsibility and ownership, agenda setter and you should have strong communication skills. Also we expect:
- University degree in Supply Chain, Science, or Economics/Finance
- In-depth relevant experience in a role within different stages of supply chain processes
- High degree of competence of functional expertise of supply chain processes
- Excellent knowledge of business processes including planning, order fulfilment, capacity and supply planning, master data and life-cycle management
- Data mining and analysis while using various tools as SAP, BW, database etc.
- Excellent communicator and influencing skills to be able to lead on an informal/functional level
- Ability to think, act and initiate in operational, tactical and strategic terms
